Richard joined Davys Burton in 1981 and became a partner in 1983, he is now our Senior Partner. His main areas of practice are Local Government, Resource Management, Companies, Trusts and Commercial Property.

Jonothan joined Davys Burton as a partner in 1995 and heads the Family Law team. He is a senior litigator with experience in family and civil law matters.

Fraser joined Davys Burton in 1995, and became a partner in 1997. Before starting his career in Law, Fraser spent a year with Human Rights Watch, an international human rights organisation based in New York.
He works predominantly in Civil and Commercial litigation and Employment law.

Gary became a partner in 2002 after moving to Davys Burton from another legal firm in Rotorua. Gary has considerable experience in the areas of commercial, rural and residential property, financing, trusts and succession planning.
