Matthew Shaw - Associate

Matthew Shaw - Associate

Matthew joined the Property Team at Davys Burton in August 2005 having previously worked in another Rotorua law firm. He became an Associate in 2008.
Matthew was born and bred in Rotorua and graduated with an LLB from Otago University in 2003. He specialises in all aspects of property law.

Outside of the office, Matthew enjoys cricket and rugby and has a keen interest in motorsport.


Andrea White

Andrea White

Andrea joined the Property Team at Davys Burton after completing Professionals in June 2006. She graduated with an LLB from Waikato University in 2005.

Andrea enjoys living in Rotorua and taking part in the wide range of activities it has to offer. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.


Sarsha Tyrrell

Sarsha Tyrrell

Sarsha moved to Rotorua from Hamilton after completing her LLB at the University of Waikato, and joined the Family Team at Davys Burton in May 2008. She was admitted to the bar in July.

Sarsha grew up in the Bay of Plenty and is really pleased to be able to return here for both the work and lifestyle on offer. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends & family, working out at the gym, and getting outdoors.


Georjeana Brennan

Georjeana Brennan

Georjeana completed her LLB/BA at Victoria University before moving to Auckland to undertake her Professional studies. She joined the Family Team at Davys Burton in November 2008, and was admitted to the bar in February 2009.

Georjeana grew up on a farm 30km north-west of Taupo, and after living in cities for the past six years, is pleased to have moved closer to home. In her spare time she enjoys catching up with family and friends.


Leaney Preiss

Leaney Preiss

Leaney completed her BMS/LLB at Waikato University, and after completing her Professional studies, she moved to Rotorua to join the Civil Litigation Team at Davys Burton in April 2009.

Leaney is loving the Rotorua lifestyle and the range of activities that it has to offer. In her spare time she enjoys exploring the lakes and forests, as well as catching up with family and friends.


Sandra North

Sandra North

Sandra graduated from Waikato University and was admitted to the Bar in September 1997.

After working in Auckland for the last few years, Sandra moved to Rotorua to join Davys Burton in November 2009.

She enjoys the variety of work and the relaxed lifestyle in Rotorua. In her sparetime, Sandra enjoys travel and walking.
